Avengers: Endgame is a superhero film directed by the Russo Brothers (Anthony and Joe) with Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely penning the screenplay. They also have worked on the previous MCU movies such as (Captain America: Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War). It is the 22nd movie of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and the movie goes back to the original casts from the first Avengers movie with the likes of Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Evans (Steve Rogers / Captain America), Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner/Hulk), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Scarlett Johansson (Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow), Don Cheadle (Rhodey Rhodes / War Machine) and Jeremy Renner (Clint Barton/Hawkeye). This is also the second movie in which Brie Larson (Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel) appeared after her first appearance from her solo film Captain Marvel. We get to see some returning characters from the other MCU movies with Paul Rudd (Scott Lang / Ant-Man), Karen Gillan (Nebula), Danai Gurira (Okoye), Bradley Cooper (Rocket) and Thanos himself played by Josh Brolin. If you have followed the events from the previous Avengers: Infinity War, Endgame plot revolves around the half surviving Avengers trying to find a way to bring back the people who got vanished or decimated after Thanos snapped the Infinity Gauntlet using the power of the six Infinity Stones.

There are so many things that had happened on this film and it's so hard to describe the film in words. What I can truly say about the film without spoiling anything is that this is easily one of the best Superhero/MCU/Avengers movie that I have ever seen so far. I just couldn't imagine how hard it is to make a compelling story that fits to all of the characters introduced from different MCU movies. Each one of these characters came from different movies with different story and the people behind working Endgame really nailed in weaving each of these characters and worked on a single storyline. It's never really done before and that alone is such a big accomplishment coming from the writers and directors of the movie. The emotions coming from this film are through the roof. It's the most emotional Avengers movie that I have seen given that half of the human population and some of our beloved heroes have been erased from existence by Thanos and it's kinda evident even from the trailers that the surviving Heroes seems to have struggled to keep up the hope. We've been introduced from these characters ever since the first Ironman movie got released and I was still surprised by some of the character development coming from them. Endgame is also an ambitious film with plot that would certainly change the landscape of future MCU movies and they were really able to pull it off. The movie will certainly surprise you in every possible way and even if you're not a big fan to the MCU, you're still going to be surprised from any of the key moments from the film. It's also one of the best visually looking movies out there and it was soooooooooo worth it seeing the film in 3D. I normally avoid watching movies in 3D cause I get nauseous due to its 3D glasses but the film is so so beautiful in terms of its visuals and also by its interesting plot. You kind of engulfed to the overall film and I forgot that I was wearing the 3D glasses the whole time. I was so focused on the film and I just didn't mind that I was wearing 2 glasses (3D glasses and my eyeglasses) for the entire 3 hours of the film. Also, speaking of its running time. It felt like I was watching a movie with a standard running time (1 hour and 30mins). I completely forgot about the whole 3 hours thing and I really was hoping to get more of it.

OVERALL
AVENGERS: ENDGAME is a fulfilling ending to the entire Infinity Saga that started way back 2008 during the first Ironman movie. Did I like the film? I FUCKING LOVED IT FROM START TO FINISH! There are so many emotions coming through this film and I was completely in tears of how awesome the movie is in terms of its story, characters and visual effects. What you loved from Avengers: Infinity War is being doubled here in Avengers: Endgame. I am really fortunate to be alive in a time where technology are capable enough of bringing such stories such as the MCU franchise and granted that I don't have the background of reading the previous comics, I am still proud to say that I have been a massive fan about this universe from the first Ironman movie. You really can't deny how epic, funny and heartfelt the movie is and it's a movie that even the non-MCU fans or casual fans could certainly relate to. This movie is closest to my heart and I am thankful for all the people who have worked on bringing interesting stories involved in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. Also, here's to the late legendary comic writer Stan Lee! Without him, none of this would be possible. Rest in peace to you sir and EXCELSIOR!
