It's a comedy-drama film that revolved around Christine "Lady Bird" McPherson played by Saoirse Ronan. It's a coming-of-age story as we go through Lady Bird's life of high school and her conflicting relationship with her Mother. It's written & directed by Greta Gerwig as her directorial debut film. This film is spectacular! It's a film that was just so well-made that everything about it is just close to perfection! First off, we've got the characters. I loved the characters so much. They were never one-dimensional and were relatable characters. You could really feel all the characters as if they were written as a real-life people. Saoirse Ronan was so exceptional at her craft. She played her character so damn well. You can feel hate for her, sad for her and grief for her cause she really portrayed that character with conviction. Every casting members of this film were so damn good too. Second, we've got the story. The story was just beautifully written. It's a story for everyone that is so relatable. Each one of us did go to high school and seeing this movie really sparked those moments. Lastly, we've got the emotions. Oh this film had a lot of them. It was all happy, excitement, sad, anger, jealousy, grief, depression, etc combined into one single film.

OVERALL
LADY BIRD is one of the best of 2017. It's just so great, so genuine of a film that it even made me teary-eyed. This film is rightfully added into one of my personal favorites. I highly recommend this film for its story, characters and emotions.
