RALPH BREAKS THE INTERNET (O-RVZ MOVIE REVIEW)

Ralph Breaks the Internet is a computer-animated film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and served as the 57th animation film to be released by the Walt Disney Pictures. It is the sequel of the hit animated film Wreck-It Ralph released way back in 2012 and continues the story of both Ralph and Vanellope as they venture into a whole new world which is the "INTERNET". All of the original voices from the first film returning on this sequel such as John C. Reilly voicing as Ralph, Sarah Silverman voicing as Vanellope, Jack McBrayer voicing as Fix-It Felix Jr and Jane Lynch voicing as Sergeant Tamora Jean Calhoun. Aside from the original characters from the first film, we also have new characters involved in this sequel and some iconic Disney characters that we have seen from previous Disney films.

The first film introduced us with a very interesting new concept of showing us this colorful and wonderful world that is revolving around Arcade Games. You then wonder what other ideas that they can come up with for its sequel and having them go through the internet is such a fitting idea. This sequel really holds up with its predecessor and watching the sequel gave me a really really good time. Not only they have carefully built a new world again by extending it with the more advanced Digital Technology such as the Internet but also provide a new character arc with our main protagonists Ralph and Vaneloppe. The story is quite different from the first film and this time it's even ten times more fun than the original. There are a lot of things to take here in this film things like how the internet works and we see it at these character's perspective which is just really fascinating and delightful to watch. It's like going to a zoo in which every places or section that you go to, you discover something new and exciting. I enjoyed every minute of it and I just want them to show more interesting sides about the internet. Hopefully, we get to know more a lot about it or if they can come up with another interesting idea in forwarding the story in the next sequel then that would also be nice. This is a film that both kids and adults would definitely enjoy and also that kind of film that the adults would definitely relate to more.

OVERALL

RALPH BREAKS THE INTERNET truly holds up from its predecessor. It's a beautiful world filled with these awesome characters that we know of and as a person that surfs the internet most of the day, I find this film quite relatable. The story is simple yet it packs with lots of emotions. Disney managed to tell a story that's not repeatable and cliché. I am also intrigued about the future direction of the upcoming third film. I would like for them to venture more of the Internet or just come up with a different idea that will really surprise me. I truly love how the film ended up to and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole portion of the film.
