The film is about 3 ex-veterans from Vietnam wars who reunites after one of their friend's son got killed in the Iraq War. It's a comedy-drama film that are headed by veteran actors such as Bryan Cranston, Steve Carell and Laurence Fishburne. The plot is so simple yet very effective of how it was being told and shown on the film. It's a film filled with heavy dialogue but what made this film interesting to me is how they depicted human emotions in any cases of their life. The performances of this film were really great and it's one of the reasons why this film so interesting to watch. It really is like watching real-life people going on through their life. The movie may have a very long running time but you can still be engaged on how these characters interact with one another.

OVERALL
LAST FLAG FLYING is a good drama film that talks about human emotions. I like how the characters were written and their dialogues to one another were really the feat of this film. The movie doesn't really have any of those special effects or any extravagant scenes but what this movie can offer is a good dramatic story about friendship, families and love.
